What is the protocol for adverse weather situations?
The safety of our guests is our utmost priority. Should the captain determine unsafe weather conditions, we will propose a new date for your charter or offer a full refund. We keep a close watch on the forecasts and will reach out to you 24 hours in advance if the weather seems uncertain.
May I bring my personal food and drinks?
Absolutely, feel free to bring your preferred food and non-alcoholic drinks on board. We also provide top-notch catering services and can tailor the menu to your liking. For security measures, please be aware that glass containers cannot be brought onboard.

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before the departure time, you will receive a full refund. Cancelations made 24–72 hours prior to departure are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable, except in the case of unsuitable weather or mechanical failures on our part.
